Web Visitors and Users whose Personal Information is covered by this Privacy Policy may submit an Access or Opt-out request regarding their personal information being used by MediaRadar to request disclosure or removal of the types of personal information MediaRadar collects or processes about them in our data products.

Web Visitors and Users may also further request to correct or amend that information where it is inaccurate, or has been processed in violation of the applicable laws and policies.

Specific details of the request must be provided and your identity shall be subject to verification by MediaRadar before personal information may be disclosed.  MediaRadar reserves the right to further evaluate the requests based on applicable laws and its business practices.

RECOURSE, ENFORCEMENT, AND LIABILITY

In compliance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF), MediaRadar commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information transferred to the U.S. pursuant to the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and Swiss-U.S. DPF. EU, UK and Swiss individuals with inquiries or complaints should first contact MediaRadar at: privacy@mediaradar.com.

MediaRadar has further committed to refer unresolved DPF Principles-related complaints to a U.S.-based independent dispute resolution mechanism, BBB NATIONAL PROGRAMS. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint, or if your complaint is not satisfactorily addressed, please visit www.bbbprograms.org/dpf-complaints for more information and to file a complaint. This service is provided free of charge to you.

With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Data Privacy Frameworks, MediaRadar is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.
